We have been hiring Leonard and his team for jobs for the last 6 years. These have ranged from laying a York-stone patio, re-pointing the brickwork on the front and side of our house, renewing drainpipes, repairing our front windows, painting our front room, renewing/replacing a small staircase, cleaning and insulating a large loft space, renewing a door and brickwork to our roof access, removing a cast-iron bath and changing our old bathroom into a beautiful new shower room. Whatever the size of the task, Leonard brings the same commitment and understanding to the job. Even though he may not personally have some of the necessary skills, Leonard has access to a wide variety of skilled craftsmen, so a qualified and experienced trades-person will do the required work. Most of the team are Albanian speakers, so it is imperative that communication about the required work is given as accurately and comprehensively as possible. Leonard will then overview and communicate to the rest of the team, thus ensuring a good outcome.
